Working in the technology fields as a woman is difficult enough without having to manage themselves in a system of patriarchy that rewards employees for what is between their legs. This group is designed to support women in their professional lives so that it minimizes the impact in their personal ones. In this group you’ll get to process your feelings from your day to day interactions at work, as well as be supported by other women who struggle in the tech sector. Learn how to kick ass at work and handle the fear of job loss by those threatened by your success as well as tackle the shame of harassment and discrimination. All women are welcome including those from the LGBTQ+ walks of life.

Support from Others

Work with other bad ass women in your industry take a stand against the bullshit patriarchy that dominates the tech landscape. Learn from one another on how to effectively engage against the barriers set in front of you because of your gender.

Tackle Discrimination

If you’ve ever been passed up for promotions, felt unheard during meetings or reviews, or watched your counter-parts fail upward in their careers, then you’re ready for this. Sometimes a rock n’ roll approach is what it takes to reign in your career path and not let others determine it for you because of what’s between their legs.

Stomp out Harassment

If you’re like most women, you know that sometimes the gatekeeper to a new position in your company is some d-bag who wants something from you. Something you don’t need to give them. Learn to process how that feels and to overcome it. Be your bad ass self, you got to where you are because you’re strong and powerful.

No More Fear

Fear of losing your job, fear of not being heard, fear of not being recognized for your hard work. This shit happens. All. The. Time. Women shouldn’t need to suffer because someone else is a garbage person. You shouldn’t be afraid to speak your mind when something is unethical, immoral, impractical, or full of crap. In this group you can expect to have the freedom to explore your existence without expectation about what someone else thinks it should look like.

How it works

You meet in a group setting with 8 other women professionals in the tech industries twice a month. I know your schedules are busy, so this group is limited to 90 minutes.

Where

Like therapy with me, this is all online through video conferencing. This is to encourage women from where ever they are to show up and be empowered with other bad asses like you!

When

First group starts on 12/11/2019 3:00 PM PST/ 6:00 PM EST and will meet twice a month for 90 minutes. Get in now to reserve your spot.

How Much

$50 a session per person, billed monthly on the 15th.
